Become a Program Coordinator

Program Coordinator responsibilities include: attending math/ reading training, orientation, Mentor sessions, and Program Coordinator meetings, facilitating Mentor meetings, facilitating debrief after each Mentor session, tracking Mentor reports, completing Program Coordinator reports, taking attendance, guiding and providing feedback to Mentors, providing references for Mentors, reporting to Executive Coordinator, and assisting in volunteer recruitment. This is a leadership role that requires experience as a mentor.

Training Dates (ALL new and returning coordinators must attend ALL of these sessions): June 22nd 4-6pm, June 28th 1-4pm, and July 5th 2-4pm.

Work Term (Summer): July 6th – July 31st. Our programs run 3 times a week, on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. Hours for coordinators are 9:35 – 11:00, 12:35 – 2:00, or 2:05 – 3:30. This summer, our programs will be held remotely, through Zoom.

    Our programs run three times a week, on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from July 6th to July 31st. It is necessary to be available all three days, at the same time. We have 3-time slots available. Please select all the times that you are available.
